Fishing on the Lakes of Oklamhoma on a Windy Day

I haven’t had the chance to go fishing on many occasions - when I do, I actually like to do coarse fishing with my coarse fishing tackle - but one time that stands out was in Oklahoma. About an hour from Tulsa, I went fishing on a pontoon boat on a local lake. I love being on the water, but am used to sailing on cruise ships, not on small boats. I didn’t have an issue with sea sickness, although the ride was pretty rocky. Water easily splashed onto the boat, but we still had a great day. We put down the anchor to have a nice picnic lunch and were able to jump into the warm water to swim. I didn’t see any fish, but we decided to throw out the fishing poles anyway. To my amazement, there is now technology that allows the boater to see what is lurking underneath the water. You can find a spot that seems to have more fish. I could see the fish on the tracker, but we still didn’t catch any. The experience was still fun, although there was no fish for dinner that night.
